Bank details "lost"

Post by casual1 »

Speaking to fellow woerkers on Thursday I was advised that they had not been paid for the first week and had been informed that this was because Angurad had lost their personal details including their bank account details.

I pre-empted this issue by phone today and Anguard confirmed "Your details are not on our system, thi has happeneed to a few people" I gave them my details and then expresssed concern that having provided paper copies of documents and supplied personal details on paper at interview I was concerned as to where this info had gone.

I was told that RM had not forwarded them. I said that the details had been handed to Anguard, not RM and was told that in that case they can't find them because they had been misfiled.

So there you have it, name, addrees, bank details and passport number all "lost or misfiled".

I'm so glad I shred all my documents at home to prevent ID theft!

Wait until you get your Identitiy card. A flimsy item that can easily be lost/stolen.

It contains your name and Date of Birth - the majority of what is needed to undertake Identitiy theft.

Likewise, phone call last night (Thursday) from someone claiming to be from Angard requesting that they confirm my bank details, when I challenged them that the paperwork was handed to them on my now successful interview, stunned silence. I found my statement and asked them to tell me what details they had there......... Silence! it appears they lost my details, and that if I want to get paid I should tell them over the phone.

Only to find that today I have not been paid for my full 40 hours, but thats another story!
