How does that work? In my office PO boxes which are delivered are sorted directly to the relvant walks.

In my office we have a laminated card on the frame if there is a PO box on the duty. You then go to the PO Box frame and clear it down. When you've got an office with 100+ walks its not practical for all the PO Boxes to be sorted to relevant walks especially if you get 3 or 4 trays of PO Box returns for 1 firm.
