anyone wear headphones on their walk?

Want some for Xmas but had lots of trouble whilst using earphones with them falling out my ears and catching on my bag and cables breaking.
Headphones look better but can you get wireless?

It's technically a no no... H&S as you cannot hear what's going on around you, also putting you at increased risk of being attacked as you cannot hear persons approaching you.

That said, I used to have one earphone in, volume on low and put the cable under my hiviz with the MP3 player attached to the pocket of my blouse. It didn't catch on anything then and the wires and everything else weren't visible (apart from the small bit that went to my ear but my hair partly covered it... yes my head hair, not my hairy ears!).

One of the major concerns when using headphones is the inability to hear customers calling you back after the delivery of a surcharge card

I use shures
not cheap but a really tight fit and a heavier wire
been soaked,dropped,stood on etc many times

I use inner ear headphone on one ear only, Radio in front left shorts pocket, under my shirt and looped round second button down to stop it slipping.

listen to TalkSPORT on low and can always hear traffic, customers calling out with xmas tips ( yeah right I wish ) etc

Surely you wouldn't be able to hear the van radio properly.

iv worn dr dre beats headphones fcukin expensive but you cant hear a thing but the music man customers complaints nil cant hear them dont care .
these look like real headphones though over ear but sound amazing oh and dont quote h@s it would only be an incident anyway if anything happened.
be happy out there couple of uppers wont do any harm either
