After receiving an email saying that i had been offered the job with a start date of Mon. 28th but no start time i spent all week phoning just to confirm the start time, finally get through this morning only to discover that i don't even have the job and that i am on a waiting list. I really do not understand how when i was in the first batch of people to arrive at the interview process at 9am and didnt even select the main sorting office and chose the smaller one closer to my house where i have worked on five previous Christmas's, so am at a loss as to how i am on a waiting list or why even bother telling me i have the job in th first place. :arrrghhh
