So Royal Mail management considers their employees to be TOO STUPID to be allowed to exercise their own judgement when it comes to crossing a quiet road in safety.......................? Have any managers been belted in the mouth for insulting the postmen in this way? When does the strike start?

Sensible rules by the Conservative Council hopefully this will annoy postmen enough that they all leave thus saving the redundancy payments when David Cameron sells it off next year.

That's mad
There is 2 or 3 runs in our office that zig zag a major road which is dangerous and that's the way it was planned, the walkers change it themselves to limit the crossings!!
No sign of H&S here
