Chelmsford area delays
The sender of a monthly A4 sized magazine with a national circulation of about 100,000 posted RM Mailsort, not DSA, has told me of delays to those sent to the Chelmsford area. Does anyone on here know why that might be ?

Royal Mail changes in Southend
As part of our operational modernisation, mail collected in the SS11 postcode area from Monday 28 February, will be processed at our Chelmsford Mail Centre.
If you currently receive a business collection,there should be no change to your existing collection arrangements or driver.
This change will not affect mail deliveries, which will continue to operate from our premises in Short Street.
Recipients of this mail,however, may now notice a Chelmsford postmark on mail collected from Southend.
