Proof of posting

Hi....sent a parcel back to one the well known internet shops.Got a free proof of postage reciept as i was requested to ask for.Now four weeks later they are saying no return recieved,so can not give refund until they get a copy of reciept (fax,post etc to them).No fax machine and going to the trouble of sending via a recorded deliveryis to much trouble.Told i could email it to them?Got no scanner etc.Anybody know if there is any easier way?Any help is recieved with thanks.

I take it you work for RM? Can't you ask nicely in the writing room for them to photocopy it for you?

If you have a Digital Camera (or can borrow one) take a picture of it, and Email it to them. Just make sure it's a clear shot, then it can be read easily. It's best to do this in daylight, rather than using a flash.
