The postwoman scarred for life when she was attacked by a dog as she tried to make a delivery. Pauline Dawson from Essex lost a finger: according to her union she's one of 500 posties a year attacked in our region. Now though the union is 'biting back' with a new campaign to protect its members from dangerous dogs

Let the dog eat the letters, I always do especially cheques and giros, I deliberately hold it tight so the dog rips it to shreds, :evil/mad [sarcastic mode on] its amazing how quick they put a cage at the back of the box.[/sarcastic mode off]

I hope she recovers from this ordeal and get a massive compo.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
