Olivia Richardson born on Sunday has special birthday

A NORTON couple got 10 out of 10 for the timing of their daughter’s birth at the weekend.

Olivia Grace Watts Richardson arrived on Sunday – giving her the special birthday 10.10.10.

Her father Phil said Olivia had been due the day before, but broke a family tradition by arriving late.

He said: “When we were first told the baby’s due day we thought it would be cool if she came on the 10th.

“But our son Lewis was 10 days early and everyone else in the family has been born before their due date.”

Mum Michelle, a postwoman, went into labour at 11.15pm on Saturday and Olivia was born less than two hours later at Scarborough Hospital, weighing 9lb 3oz.

“It all happened very fast and Olivia was born at 1.09am so we missed out on another 10 by a minute,” Phil added.

“Lewis was born on Christmas Eve so they’ve both got birthdays that are really easy to remember.”
