Job Description

Working in a busy Mail Centre you will be responsible for managing all operations on a shift and have a team of managers reporting to you who will support you in ensuring Royal Mail achieves its quality, financial and employee targets and objectives. Regular monitoring of performance across the shift and identifying opportunities for improvement will be among your main responsibilities.

You need to be aged 18 or over, and be able to work well under pressure to achieve tight deadlines while remaining calm and focused.
