The Delivery Productivity Tool Guide is a version from last year and has probably been updated, although i doubt if
there is any significant change. Also the application of this tool is still subject to further national discussion.

Introduction

The delivery productivity tool (DPT) is designed to help you match your productive hours against the workload from traffic volumes which may vary day to day.

It has a number of inputs:

•Your daily hours

•Absence

•Daily traffic by stream

•Industrial Engineering acceptable throughputs

From there it gives you and output of how much time is available on duties to absorb work from elsewhere and highights any walks where work can be taken off to avoid extended delivery.
