How do you open a rar file? do you have to download summit to get it on Word / PDF ?

was just looking for it for you, Its just the same as WinZip but in my view better and its called WinRar.

Adobe Reader here http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/otherversions/
You will also need WinRAR ( which is like WinZip ) to extract them.
