Our office has got the new walk sequencing machines which will go live next week. Interviews were held this week and all applicants found out today if they were successful. There were 12 successful applicants, all are which are full time and all are on full time duties.
Surely its not possible to run a small delivery office the same without making at least a small handful (3 or 4) to full time otherwise these duties will never be completed as we have been told these machines will only shave 20 minutes prep time on each delivery.
The ironic thing is, we have casuals coming in next week to help! We can't have these causuals forever so surely they must or be able to make some staff full time?
