Do the managers have to wait until the deal has been balloted to the postal members before they can start introducing their changes?
Is the interim agreement still in place until the deal has been voted on?
Who helps make the new duties if we have no union rep or is it just whatever the management want.
Are we screwed from yesterday now that the deal has been agreeded in the news.
