If its in a revision, ie no fault of your own. No I would imagine they could not move you office

With regards to other office i would imagine, the 07 agreement holds the field.
If you work in a D.O. your attendance times would be somewhere between 05:00 start to a 15:00 finish. you could reasonably expect to continue working those hours although not necessarily at your current office.
Having said that though any and all travel to A.N.Other office would all be part of your contracted hours.
This means that you would attend you present office at say 05:00 and it is the businesses responsibility to accelerate you to the other office and to return you by 13:00 WITHIN your attendance times

you would fall under the mtsf agreement.
if no duty is available for you and u have to work in a different shift pattern you would keep your old allowances for 3 yrs, before all this happens you should be consolled fully by a manager. the mtsf is a big can of worms. please clarify your full story may be i can help further

No unless your the senior man at the top of the tree why should you.

Anyway if its a full office revision and your having a re-pick (Which is decided by CWU members in your office not R/M) you will get your choice of duty.

I went on leave last year and came back to no walk that i had been on for the last 7 years and because i wouldnt pick a duty (The whole office refused) they made me a reserve and put less senior postmen on a duty before me. We took 4 days un-offical action and went through 3 months of hell and on the 7 dec 09 we had another revision with more duties put back in.It wasnt until then that we all chose our own duties as dictatored by the seniority list

If your on a fixed term contract at one D.O, RML may other you another Fixed term contract at another when ther current contract ends.

the problem with a new resign is ,,,theres a lot less full time duties now ,and a lot more part time duties , the way forward stinks.
