On Saturday 27th February, the Paddington delivery office (W2) will close for business. From Monday 1st March, deliveries to customers in W2 will be made from our new West London Delivery Centre at Premier Park, NW10. We are re-locating the Paddington callers’ office to a new address within the existing Post Office branch at Queensway:

Royal Mail Enquiry/Callers’ Office
118–120 Queensway
London
W2 6LT

Here, customers will have access to all the Royal Mail facilities available at the London Street site, as well as easy access to Post Office services. This relocation focuses on protecting service to our customers by improving the efficiency of our operation and replacing old, out of date premises with facilities that are fit for purpose.

Ive heard nothing but bad stories about premier park. Far too small for the number of offices they are putting in there, no parking and hard to get too. Another Royal Mail sucess story
At lest theyve kept the callers office in the area - handy for the locals who will flood there to complain about the worse service they will now get.

I can well believe it Ed - I worked in a warehouse the other side of the North Circ for 2 years, regualrly visited the Ace Cafe before and during the rebuild, and ended up working there too, so I feel well qualified to say that the area is an industrial shithole, the roads are either potholed to f*ck, or jammed silly ( especially an hour either side of rush hour ), and if the USAF wiped it off the face of the earth, it'd still be too good for it....the only saving graces are a large Asda near the hospital ( if you need your shopping 24hrs a day ), and a couple of decent greasy spoons in the area ( don't go to the Ace for breakfast, last time I was there, tea and coffee was £1 a cup! Starvin' Marvins on the A40 turnoff to Perivale is much better :chuckle )

Seriously though, I can't see anyone getting from Park Royal to Paddington in 15 minutes in a month of Sundays!
I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?

Mail delivery; those that can, do, those that can't, MANAGE!
