Faulty Bank of Ireland cash machine gave out extra cash

Police were called to a cash machine after it was allegedly giving customers twice the money they had requested.
Queues began forming at the hole-in-the-wall at the Fourbouys shop and Post Office shop at The Triangle, Brackla, Bridgend, on Sunday.
An officer stayed at the Bank of Ireland ATM until an engineer arrived.
A Post Office spokesman said the fault "was quickly identified, repaired and the machine returned to normal service."
A spokeswoman for the Bank of Ireland said the bank did not want to add anything beyond the Post Office statement.
