What a load of boll@rks as you don't get the chance too avoid the dog customer lets dog out as you knock dog left out on street need i say more i would shoot the owners of such dogs and say you are not deserving of life yet alone an animal for which you MUST CONTROL!.

For example, a postman delivers letters to the house, the dog barks and the postman
leaves. In the dog’s mind, he has “seen off” the intruder.
As this pattern continues, the fight response becomes a habit, fear is replaced by
confidence and the dog becomes more likely to bite the postman if he comes into
contact with him.

Makes sense
