Hello I have been at the royal mail about 8 months now, someone mentioned to me that I can buy 2 weeks extra holiday on top of my annual leave and they take it out of your wages each week. How and when can I do this as I have used all my holiday up until next year, do I have to wait till next year to apply for it? thankyou

Normally you need to apply around January time for it to be included in next years holidays, ask your manager for the form tomorrow.

the forms are available from October time and I am near sure they need returned before the end of the year.
