Multi-coloured street

I just noticed a strange coincidence today in one of the streets I deliver to

In number 47 there is a family named Whyte ,in number 48 the family are called Black
number 49 has been empty for a few months but its now been bought & the family name is (yes you've guessed it) GRAY .

Spookily enough living at number 3 are the Browns , at 26 the Greenes & at 32 girl named Scarlett.
There is a guy at 33 who has 2 greyhounds ,their names are Blue & Tartan Laddie.
