The CWU's Billy Hayes just been on BBC News 24 and again as has already been said on a different thread on about a Referedum -(a referendum on RM Management) and bullying and harassment.
"Today’s workplace has become heartless and soulless. Employees are seen as units of labour, automatons, functionaries, objects for achieving designated tasks, and as costs to be minimised."

Dave did very well I thought, much better than last time we were having IA. He was succinct and more precise with his points than before.
Billy Hayes on Newsnight was also better than I've seen him before but we have to remember these guys arn't professional politicians and we can't expect them to come across as well as some of them do. I've seen Crozier on TV and it was a joke.
Lets remember that this fight will happen IN THE MEDIA as much as round the discussion table. We should be contacting local and national media and telling out personal stories because when they are heard they will be reported. We are handicapped because the truth so far is going unreported and that is because of Royal Mail propaganda. Fight them!
