Union Rep Failed Twice
I have asked our union rep to get me some info regarding some courses which are arranged through the union (they are not union rep courses) on two seperate occassions and on both times he has failed to deliver. It's like trying to get one of our managers to do something. Is there anything I can do about it? I've only been in the union 2 months and am already thinking of pulling out.

I work for parcelfarce and our union rep is not involved in anything that is going with the postal strikes. He is a parcelfarce union rep not a postal worker rep.
