PAYMENT FOR THE DELIVERY OF ELECTION MATERIAL - URGENT

We had instances this year where people were refused payment for the Delivery of Election Material on the basis that the items were posted via Downstream Access. We have received some encouraging legal advice on the subject and urgently require some specific instances where members may be willing to have their case taken to Tribunal to recover monies that have been previously paid on this basis but were stopped this year.

Please treat this request with some urgency as timescales will be very tight.
