It seems to have been designed for london and the DOM has simply added his name and our office address to it.
He tells us mail is down 11.7% in NW London over the last five weeks but gives no figures for our area.
Most peculiar!!!

ABSORPTION LETTER
We had a letter last week from the DOM about absorption.
It seems to have been designed for london and the DOM has simply added his name and our office address to it.
He tells us mail is down 11.7% in NW London over the last five weeks but gives no figures for our area.
