Pegasus in N.Ireland

Could any of the delivery offices in N.Ireland please tell me how Pegasus is running within their office.
I am been led to believe that Pegasus is running smoothly throughout N.Ireland (I don't believe this) and our office is the only one with a problem.
I was not aware until today that during the summer lapsing period, that the time for individual duties according to Pegasus decreases as well due to the supposed drop in mail volumes.
I think Pegasus is only another managerial tool used by Royal Mail to try and deceive and fool us the workers and that they can come up with any figure they want too generate by tweaking the figures inputted.
I say bring back the walk testing by managers to remind them of what the job is really like.
If Pegasus isn't working it is down to performance by the men.
Pegasus can not be wrong.

I'm in N Ireland, and we had pegasus introduced last year. What a disaster. It basically screwed the office up which it still has not recovered from. DOM has admitted 'teething' problems, and dare I say it...IT JUST DID NOT WORK!!! Overtime went through the roof.

Personally speaking, my duty was too big to begin with. 'Don't worry', Pegasus will sort things out....Well I had an hour taken off, and an an hour and ten mins put back on. How does that work??? My overtime has risen! Since it's introduction there have been amendments and re-amendments, and then further re-amendments on the re-amendments, but as usual it's those who shout and cry/moan the loudest get stuff taken off. It's all bullshit.

I'm not happy, and I defy any manager in our office to truly put their hand on their heart and say Pegasus has succeeded.
