For bonus read bounty. Before the 2007 strike a similar bounty was paid. The business mentality is that it "buys loyalty" and while it works with some managers :silenced (who would behave the way they do unpaid) others see through the scam. :hmmmm

I wonder just how much blood money bonus they get for each worker they get rid of?
No doubt with their new innovative delivery methods there will be a manager somewhere who will cream it in by managing to get rid of his entire delivery staff and still meet all of his quality targets :wink:
