Hi can anyone tell me how people get to have career breaks?
I have noticed them on another post and thought i would ask as i know nothing about them. I presume people dpnt get paid while they are on these

You can ask for a Career Break/sabbatical for up to 3 years.
it is usually for something like studying, travelling abroad or caring for a child or relative.
Not for trying out another job as reported on another site.
You are expected to come back and work for RM at least two weeks every year.
You do not get paid. you are not guaranteed to get your current job or attendance back when
you return, but are guaranteed a job somewhere in RM.
I think there is something about this in downloads.
If you are interested you need to ask your Manager or HR.
