I am not sure but is there a national agreement on firms doing two deliverys?

All i know is that firms can pay for an early delivery and the rest goes as normal later.
They can pay for timed deliveries.

Not after these two :lfo & :cfo and the firms can be delivered as late as the last letter! eg 2.00PM town 3.00PM rural.
