I think that it was in the SDD agreement, not the way forward.

Our gaffer tried this last year and it was brought up in a meeting with our rep at that time, the gaffer and Gerry MacAuley (the area manager). MacAuley stated that everyone is allowed 15 mins pouch off time no matter if it takes them less (some people nearer PO's) and it was duly reinstated to 15 mins. We currently have 58 walking duties, that's 5 hours savings a day just from 5 mins a man.
