Noticed something that was said at conference,regarding getting other workers from the industry to join our Union.

"Stephen Reid of Birmingham District Amal told how he had been sceptical about organising at Business Post but within half an hour of talking to staff he realised how wrong he’d been. “We were told of bullying and harassment. They were told that if they joined a union they would be sacked,â€
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

You could have them in Court for that under EEC Law , problem is it's David & Goliath , stressful & messy, doesn't surprise me though!The CWU has to get away from the just RM & BT idea though, they're the same as us , just a different firm!.
