Pay in these conditions
Will we still be getting paid if unable to get into to work? Will we be getting yet more stage warnings if we fail to do so? Also, what is the proceedure, do I need to go to my nearest office to sign in? {not that this will be any easier than getting to my regular office]
Union what Union? Do we have a union?

I rang in and was told to go to my local DO if I couldn't go in.
I had to get a note from the Manager there to prove I had attended.
I think if you do that you should get paid.
Otherwise I was told I could either take a day's paid leave out of course.
or a day's unpaid Special Leave.

Hmmm I guess it's sods law that I used the last of my annal leave last week 
As I probably wont be able to make it to my nearest office either I guess it will have to be unpaid leave. Fortunatley, it was my day off today so that's one less day to go without. I did speak to someone who went in today and it was suggested that all those that made it in but were sent home without delivering, would be expected to work over thier time for free, to catch up later in the week. Balls to that if I have to go take unpaid leave, all they did today was throw up the walks. Meaning there's gonna be a hell of alot to deliver when deliveries can finally go out

I'm not sure about this, but I think you are only expected to go
to your nearest DO or MC if it's within 3 miles. If not you might
get paid, but I'd check that with your Rep.

In the current atmosphere RM will either not pay you or more likely, want you to work back the hours

Well the nearest office is over two miles and my regular office over 5...
I might just tell them to come and collect me or they can poke it..... at least that way I won't write my car off
