There are many threads,posts about office revisions,geo route,shared vans,longer walks,cuts,cuts,cuts,ect ect going on here,but why,we've had the pay and mod deal,we've had the revisions,we've had our blood money,and this was only a few months ago,so why is the above going on and we're not in the next tax year yet???
Our next set of talks is not until later in the year down my way.

Cuts mean managers bonuses, we're still fighting the cuts they want out of our office but it's getting harder and harder.

we had a vacancy for a drum beater(roman galley)must reach upto standard sorting rates,allthough they will be at battle stations spped to match what our dom wants.

How they can get indoor savings is crazy. In my D.O it would mean scrapping the RLE duties but who will do the RLE work?
