Question about my payslip...

Post by lew1275 »

Hey all,

Just receieved my weekly payslip. I have now been put on a 25 hour week as opposed to casual basic pay. In the messages box on the slip it says "HOURS CHANGED TO 25.00, NEW INCOME RRS33 PAYABLE FROM 12/01/09" What does this mean? Never heard of RRS33?

Also, on the payments section there is a "RRIS Supplement" Amount- £12.50, what is all this?? :confused :confused

Hope you can help!

RRIS is recruitment and retention something-or-other, I can't remember exactly what it stands for. Basicly it is an extra payment for people in areas (outside London) where Royal Mail find it difficult to recruit/retain staff because of higher living costs in those areas.
