ROYAL Mail workers have today walked out after a dispute at Crewe’s sorting office.
About 100 staff stopped work at the Weston Road site shortly after they arrived at 6am.
A meeting has now been scheduled with bosses tomorrow.
Union reps say the row is over a QVC contract which was transferred to Warrington temporarily to ease the Christmas pressure at Crewe.
They say the QVC work should have been returned to Crewe last week but it has not.
