Dignity & respect at work policy

This is a phrase I hear all too often, but have yet too witness bring practiced by certain individuals I work with.

Does anyone have anything in writing that breaks down how and when this method of working should be applied.

Will try but in my most recent attempt to download one from the CWU site I hit a "page does not exist error"
