They’ve been banging on about equalizing pay for about 2 years, it’s ridiculous that it’s taking this long meanwhile most new recruits in our office leave within 6 months, the bosses of this company clearly didn’t want equalizing of contracts and are planning to cut jobs on delivery in the future, as we know they don’t want letters and are destroying the business

Re: LTB 269.26 Update on Dm26
Hahahahaha. So most the country is now suffering under DM26 and this is the moment the union pulls its support for any further roll out?! Martin once again speaking out both sides of his mouth, in one breath saying DM26 is still supported by the union and is working in some areas and in the next breath saying it’s causing fatigue, sickness and an increase is staff leaving and that we need a new way of working going forward. It’s can’t be both Martin.
Do the right thing and just admit yous were wrong about this model. We won’t forgive you for it but at least we can recognise on a human level that you f****d up and can be big enough to admit it. Then you and Ward can resign and enjoy your retirement. There’s no fixing all this now, genie is out the bottle.

It won't stop RM bringing DM26 to the DOs yet to go over to it.

It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if some offices got to wriggle out of Dm26.toonshola wrote: ↑Yesterday, 19:42Hahahahaha. It's probably all part of the master plan, both RM & the CWU will have known some offices would never cope, it's odd how the CWU have gone from fully supporting DM26 just a fortnight(?) ago, to now pulling further support this week.Barnacle wrote: ↑Yesterday, 21:15Yep. I think some eloquent reps have managed to get through with a clear blow by blow account of the level of shambles and bullying going onTopperGas wrote: ↑Yesterday, 22:09It's probably all part of the master plan, both RM & the CWU will have known some offices would never cope, it's odd how the CWU have gone from fully supporting DM26 just a fortnight(?) ago, to now pulling further support this week.Barnacle wrote: ↑Yesterday, 21:15Yep. Re: LTB 269.26 Update on Dm26
RM and cwu at local levels are covering up failures
1st class letters being failed daily
Throwing overtime at it early morning to try and get us out on delivery asap
Breaks not being taken at all now
Staff leaving and workload being shoved onto remain staff
D2ds now worse than before rollout of DM26
Lying in frsmes for 3 weeks

Too pally with management trying to do job for them, now it’s not working, are they now all of sudden gonna grow a pair and start defending members.i feel like damage all ready done.
