Royal Mail has apologised after advising that deliveries in parts of Kidderminster have been disrupted.
Deliveries have been disruption in the DY10, DY12 and DY14 postcodes.
The disruption is affecting parts of the DY10, DY11, DY12, and DY14 postcode areas due to "resourcing issues" at the Kidderminster Delivery Office.
A Royal Mail spokesperson said: "We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding."
Customers are reminded that a valid 'Something for you' card or electronic notification is required to collect items.
Please check royalmail.com/locations for opening times, as these may be subject to change.
