Was the last year we got a bonus as well as a pay rise?.

Depends what you mean by bonus?
Any lump sums have simply been to entice people to vote for agreements, like the £1500 in 2023.
A lump sum has never been a bonus, especially when taken from the pension surplus.
You get the Christmas bonus every year, but you'd have to go back a while for bonuses paid for unit performance etc.
