It's so vague and overcomplicated everyone seems to have a different opinion on how it works it could be a no vote this time.

No idea. My comment was tongue-in-cheek.

Personally I see it making little to no difference in profits as Royal Mail have been understaffing offices for 4 years anyway - so they've already saved millions by reducing the workforce. If anything - the change is probably going to increase attrition rates.
