Pat is staying at DBERR and is Peter Mandleson's Deputy. Sounds like a promotion to me.
Dont know yet if he is keeping the employment and postal affairs brief as well, will have to check DBERR website in the morning once the civil servants get to work!

Sheeps milk? I regularly go into North Wales and I've hardly ever seen a cow - not in 20 years. Terrain is all wrong for cattle.
