Is it just me or are Capita horrendous to deal with and very time consuming it’s like they want to hold onto your money as long as possible rmpp on the other hand have been amazing

Never had an issue with Capita. NRA60 was due end of August. Sent docs off all signed and counter-signed. Had payments for August and September on time. :cuppa
