RM Apprenticeship West of Scotland

Anyone here from West of Scotland apply for the apprenticeship scheme? (in b4 "why?", "muppet!", etc.)

I applied, passed the tests and passed the interview last month, but recently was told that there were no positions available.

I did hear after I`d been interviewed that there were not enough applicants before the deadline, and the application process was extended beyond the closing date.

Anyone here apply? Anyone get into the scheme?

Any info would be appreciated, cheers.

I got the letter in.

But didnt see much point in doing it, other than getting away from your
own place of work for a wee while.

I wasn't sure if my office would have been happy about me leaving either.

Cheers for that Gersnet, I applied because thought I needed a change.
