Will every office need another re pick? We have just had a revision and duties are failing left right and centre, one lad has had no mail go out for almost 3 weeks (no joke)
Also can someone explain how this whole uso is meant to work? Is it 4 day week but longer days? My partner starts work just as I finish and I have the kids, will I be able to do nothing about that?.

Not being rude but you need to do a bit of reading of some of the threads that have been posted recently.Rage24 wrote: ↑16 May 2025, 18:36Will every office need another re pick? I've read all the threads and it's all gibberish to me. As a non driver who does the school run every day will that be possible when these moronic changes start? My manager has no clue.

Depends how your office implements it - if (or rather when) it comes in.moonjaguar wrote: ↑16 May 2025, 19:28I've read all the threads and it's all gibberish to me. As a non driver who does the school run every day will that be possible when these moronic changes start? My manager has no clue.
Depends on how your current working hours and start/finish times would compare against the choice of working hour options your office chooses or gets directed to work.
