When the uso comes in

Post by Rage24 »

Will every office need another re pick? We have just had a revision and duties are failing left right and centre, one lad has had no mail go out for almost 3 weeks (no joke)

Also can someone explain how this whole uso is meant to work? Is it 4 day week but longer days? My partner starts work just as I finish and I have the kids, will I be able to do nothing about that?.

Not being rude but you need to do a bit of reading of some of the threads that have been posted recently.

This is a good start:

I've read all the threads and it's all gibberish to me. As a non driver who does the school run every day will that be possible when these moronic changes start? My manager has no clue.

Depends how your office implements it - if (or rather when) it comes in.

Depends on how your current working hours and start/finish times would compare against the choice of working hour options your office chooses or gets directed to work.
