Does he walk about the office with his hands in his pockets ?
Does he say "I'll get back to you" when you ask him a question ?

If its yes to all 3 then he has deffo went to the manager college to do the I'm a prat course

Nah - actually, he is very helpful and gets onto things straight away: he does need reminding, sometimes, but generally has a good memory: he likes to get things done, as soon as he's alerted to them. He's a good manager. Just terribly cheesy!

I agree that there are good ones and bad ones but it seems to me that the good ones leave for better jobs and then the bad ones become more and more numerous (that's beginning to sound like a George A Ramero film).
