I still work for RM and took my pension 2/3 yrs ago. I now want to ask Capita something but can't lay my hands on anything with my pension membership number on. I haven't kept anything from them but they won't entertain me without my membership number. How can I get this or do I have to wait until they eventually send me something out with it on IE like a pension rise? The other pension was most helpful and emailed me it.

Surely a NI number will do? Any correspondence from me just gets a NI number. Never had a problem
