The mail is lighter than it's been since 1843 don't you know. Don't you know people are sending less letters now than they did before there even was a post office.

I'm sick of hearing it time and time again. It's obvious to anyoe with eyes that the mail isn't down.
Oh and lets not get started on the massive influx of packets.

I reckon that this week was heavier than last Christmas, we even had cut offs, which we don't get all that often. We're still having the summer lapsing put on us as well. And even the DOM disagreed with the figures we are getting from our MC, always said the counting was crap, and we're supposed to use these figures for our phase 3 negotiations. The CWU should be making national agreements not leaving it to unpaid reps.
