help with Phase 3
I am the dep rep for our office our rep is on holiday, we finnished summer lapsing in our office Saterday.The dom has informed me on Saterday that thay are short staffed monday and Tuesday and wants us to cover these jobs if the workload is low. We have no phase 3 agreement on traffic levels to kick in lapsing the two days are both short days can you give me any advice.

As you will know, Phase 3 has started and where it is practible & possible staff will have to take on extra within their time. If you are on short days then the finishing time will obviously be shorter and therefore harder for manager to implement lapsing. He cannot change your finishing times if your office has an agreement for longs & shorts.
