Its difficult to see anyway back for the CWU,when i started our office was considered a stronghold for the
union,but now it's virtually non-existent.
people are dismayed at the lack of communication from H.Q. and many think the management are trying to
pull a fast one,but virtually everything has been conceded/accepted by the union.
What i think is upsetting a lot of postal workers is the new media brainchild CWU tv,they will be courting
new memberships from the likes of BT and O2,is this where you want your subscriptions going,was
anyone consulted?
morale is shocking,and certainly in our D.O. a call for further I.A. will not be supported,unfortunately
