Had a discussion with my rep today ,who insists that everyone will be paid full pay for there first abscense after the 4th of august ,regardless of any sick theyve accrued in the previouse 12 months
anybody know if this is the case or will we be on the reduced terms i.e losing 2 days pay if weve had an one absence in the last 12 months
