Start times are all same , end time are all different

So 37 ,35, hours all start same time as part timers
But all have different end times.
Surely all should end at same time and have different start times.
People on 37 35 hour walks are working less %
Compared to part time. Is this right ?

My office is the exact opposite. Part timers start times are adjusted so everyone finishes at the same time. Now have 40/50 people waiting to scan out at the same time, like school kids at chucking out time

did same at ours several years back for a while, p/t forced into 5mins extra at back end if paired with f/t to coincide with their finish times, crazy i know but they probably do it on purpose

It'll depend on what type of office your office is. For MCs start time swill vary but finish times are normally all the same, when the final dispatch goes out.

In DOs I believe it's down to how much indoor work you're due to do for start time. I know deliveries have a last letter time but finish times are bound to vary depending on how far away the walk is from the office and how long it takes to do stuff like booking in any 739'd items, returning PDA, etc

Bookin in 739s, travel back to office , returning pdas etc should all be included in finish time
